No, at this time we do not take custom orders or commissions, sorry for the inconvenience!
Are your binders safe for long-term storage?
Absolutely. All binders are made with acid-free, PVC-free, and RoHS/REACH-compliant materials to protect you and your collection.
What size cards do your binders hold?
All Unlucky Binders are designed for standard-size trading cards (63.5mm x 88.9mm), such as Pokémon, Magic: The Gathering, Yu-Gi-Oh, and more.
Do the binders fit sleeved cards?
Yes, our binders are compatible with single and double-sleeved standard cards.
How many cards do your binders hold?
Each 12-pocket binder holds up to 480 cards (4 per page, front and back). Our 9-pocket binders hold up to 360.
Is there a way to be notified about new drops?

Can I request a custom binder design?
At this time, we don’t offer one-off custom binder requests — but we’re always open to design ideas and artist suggestions for future editions. If you’re an artist interested in collaborating, feel free to reach out!
How do I care for my binder?
Wipe the exterior with a damp cloth to clean. Avoid exposing it to excessive heat, water, or sharp objects.
How long does shipping take?
Orders typically ship within 1–3 business days. Delivery times vary by location:
- U.S.: 3–7 business days
- International: 7–21 business days
My binder arrived damaged — what should I do?
We’re so sorry! Please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll take care of it right away.
Do you accept returns?
Returns are accepted on unused binders within 14 days of delivery. Buyer is responsible for return shipping.
