How Binder Drops Work

My custom binders are engineered as specialty items. Due to the high demand and my commitment to quality over mass production, my binders tend to sell out quickly.

To keep things fair and transparent, I schedule restocks roughly every two weeks, typically featuring 1 to 3 different binder styles. While this schedule can vary, I always announce the exact date and time on my Instagram and via the email newsletter.


I utilize two distinct methods for our drops depending on the inventory levels and demand:


1. First Come, First Serve (FCFS)

This is my standard restock method. At the designated launch time, inventory is added to the website and is available for immediate purchase.

  • Speed is Key: High-demand items can sell out in minutes.
  • Cart Protection: Please note that adding an item to your cart does not hold or secure that item. The product is only yours once the checkout process is fully completed and you receive an order confirmation.
  • Best Practice: I recommend having your shipping and payment information pre-saved in your browser or using ShopPay for the fastest checkout experience.

 

2. The EQL Drop (Fair Launch)

For our most highly anticipated releases, I partner with EQL (eql.com) to ensure the launch is fair, secure, and accessible to everyone—regardless of how fast your internet connection is.


How it works:

  • The Entry Window: Instead of a "speed race," we open an entry window that typically lasts one to two weeks. You can enter at any time during this period.
  • The Selection: Once the window closes, the EQL system randomly selects winners based on our available inventory. This process effectively weeds out bots and resellers, giving genuine collectors a fair shot.
  • Payment & Security: When you enter, a temporary hold may be placed on your card to verify funds. However, you will only be charged if you are selected at the end of the drop.
  • Payment Failure: If your payment method fails for any reason during the selection process, the system will automatically move to the next person. Please ensure your card details are accurate and up to date.
